Something needs to change. You’re just not sure what.

My clients are senior leaders who feel stuck - in their careers, their working relationships, or in their own thinking.

Some are questioning something bigger. Who they are, and what comes next.

I help them figure out what’s really going on.

That often means working with things like the inner critic, imposter feelings, and deeper patterns that high performers often learn to manage rather than examine.

I’ve spent twenty years in tech, working alongside CEOs and executive teams, which has given me an insider's view of the demands of leadership.

My decade as a Samaritans listener means I have the capacity to sit with what's difficult and complex.

And my Master's degree in Executive Coaching gives me the skills and psychological depth to make sense of what’s actually beneath the challenges.

  • A constant inner critic or imposter feelings that won’t let up

  • Never quite feeling “enough,” despite external success

  • Holding multiple priorities and stakeholders, while running on empty

  • Navigating career transitions and questioning who you are now

  • A sense that you're looking after everyone else, but nobody's looking after you

  • A growing sense that something needs to change, without clarity on what or how

These are often the early signals that something important needs attention.

Coaching offers a structured space to make sense of what’s happening and decide what needs to change.

Sometimes that means practical decisions, sometimes it means untangling patterns that have been in place for years.

We focus on what matters most to you.

Working with me

How it works

We meet regularly over several months, typically every 2-3 weeks. The rhythm gives you space between sessions to reflect and experiment on what we discuss. Sessions follow your agenda. Some conversations might be immediate and tactical, while others can be more reflective. It moves at your pace.

What we work on

Whatever is real and present for you. The decisions that keep you awake. Conversations you're avoiding. Relationships that have become challenging. Lingering questions about direction, identity, or what work is costing you. We decide together and the work shapes itself around what you need.

What changes

You’ll gain clarity on what's actually in your way and confidence to act on it. The mental blocks holding you back get identified and shifted. You’ll be able to handle situations that used to overwhelm you. You’ll become more yourself in your work rather than performing a version you think is expected.

Credentials

  • Experience in marketing, consulting, strategy. I've led teams and worked as an individual contributor. I currently work for Salesforce UK's CEO, leading executive engagement.

  • I’ve coached people from Google, Deliveroo, Microsoft, Pure Gym, Slack, Condé Nast, Tripadvisor, and various tech startups. Alongside my day job at Salesforce, I coach high-performing individuals and teams across the organisation.

  • Graduated (with distinction) from Hult Ashridge Business School. The Masters combined practical coaching skills with psychological and organisational development theory, underpinned by deep academic rigour. My dissertation research explored shame, self-worth and the inner critic.

  • Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (Associate Certified Coach), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (Senior Practitioner), and Hult Ashridge.

  • Trained to provide emotional support to people in crisis. This is where I learned that sometimes the most powerful thing you can offer is simply being present.
