How I work

I don't offer quick fixes or five-step plans to success.

What I offer is a partnership that helps you think differently.

The relationship between us matters more than any methodology I might use.

So while I've studied the theory, what you'll experience is someone listening for what's being said, and for what isn't.

Someone who notices things you might not see yourself. Highlighting the issues that may need attention.

Someone who asks questions that challenge your perspective.

And someone who will tell you honestly what they observe, including what might be uncomfortable to hear.

The results won't come from a framework. They'll come from a better understanding of yourself and what's really going on.

From that, you'll find a way of working and living that doesn't cost you so much.

What I believe

I don't think anyone who comes to coaching is broken or needs fixing.

I believe you've developed thoughts, patterns and behaviours that once made sense (and may even have made you successful) but now no longer serve you.

Things start to shift when you can see this clearly and meet what you find with compassion, not criticism.

In my experience, change comes from accepting who you are, not from striving to become who you are not.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I tend to work with senior leaders in corporate environments - typically people leading teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, or carrying significant responsibility in their organisations.

People often reach out at a particular inflection point: stepping into a bigger role, navigating transitions like career changes or restructuring, or simply realising that the way they've been operating isn't sustainable.

Because of my background at Salesforce and my consulting work with global brands, I frequently work with leaders from tech, marketing and large corporations, but this isn’t a prerequisite.

  • The best way is to have a free 30-minute conversation. You can tell me what's bringing you to coaching, and I'll share how I work.

Coaching is fundamentally a relationship, and not every coach-client pairing works. I'm listening for whether this feels like the right fit for both of us - whether my approach resonates with what you're looking for, and whether you're ready.

If it's not a fit, I'm happy to refer you to someone else who might be better suited.

  • My coaching is grounded in humanistic and person-centred psychology, drawing on relational and systemic approaches.

This means I'm interested in the whole person, their relationships and the broader context shaping their experience.

My MSc research explored shame, “Imposter Syndrome” and self-doubt - themes that come up frequently in my work with senior leaders.

  • We typically meet every 2-3 weeks, though some clients prefer more frequent sessions depending on what they're navigating. Sessions are 60-90 minutes, depending on what we decide works best for you.

Once we agree to work together, I will give you direct access to my calendar so you can book sessions at times that work for you. This creates consistency while giving you flexibility.

Between sessions, we'll agree on what kind of contact works - some clients email context or updates, others prefer to keep everything within our sessions. We contract for what feels right.

The work typically unfolds over several months. Some clients work with me for 6 months, others longer, depending on what they're working through and what emerges along the way.

  • Yes, I offer focused single sessions for when you need space to think clearly about something specific - a decision that's been circling, a difficult conversation coming up, a transition that feels uncertain, or a situation where pressure has built up.

These extended sessions (up to 2 hours) are designed to get to the heart of what's really going on and leave you with clearer thinking about what to do next.

  • Most coaching happens via video call (Google Meet or your preferred platform). I also offer in-person sessions for clients in London and the South-East

  • I operate a sliding scale to make coaching as accessible as possible to the people who need it.

Coaching costs more if you're corporate-funded (where your organisation is paying), less if you're self-funded.

Online coaching starts from £200 per session.

    Organisational packages from £2,500.

I offer reduced rates to people from underrepresented groups and to those affected by redundancy.

I also offer discounted packages for clients committing to ongoing work (typically 6+ sessions).

We can discuss which pricing structure works best for you during our initial conversation.

  • I'm professionally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at ACC level and by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Senior Practitioner level.

I hold a Master's degree (with distinction) in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, ranked among the world's top business schools.

I'm a member of the ICF and abide by the Hult Ashridge Coaching Code of Conduct and Ethics, which includes strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
